Terms of Service

Plain English Summary

Weavable and Forma are in beta. You can use them for free. Your content is yours. Don't abuse the service. We're building in the open and iterating fast — things may break or change.

1. Acceptance

By using Weavable (“weavable.in”) or Forma (“forma.weavable.in”), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. The Service

Weavable is a platform for AI-native system architecture. Forma is the first product — it generates architecture diagrams from text descriptions and narrates them as guided walkthroughs.

The service is currently in beta. Features may change, be removed, or temporarily break. We'll do our best to keep things stable and communicate changes.

3. Your Account

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• One person per account. Don't share accounts or create multiple accounts to circumvent limits.

4. Your Content

Architecture diagrams, system descriptions, and any other content you create using Forma belong to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.

By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely to provide the service to you.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for anything illegal or harmful
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service or its APIs
• Use automated tools to generate excessive load on the service
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise security

6. AI-Generated Content

Forma uses AI to generate architecture diagrams and narratives. AI-generated output may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any output before using it in production systems or decisions.

7. Availability & Beta Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” during beta. We do not guarantee uptime, data preservation, or feature stability. We recommend exporting important work regularly.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weavable and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we terminate your account, we'll provide reasonable notice and an opportunity to export your data, unless the termination is due to abuse.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Significant changes will be communicated via the email associated with your account. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
