Plain English Summary
Weavable is built by one person. We collect only what we need to run the product. We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. If you want your data deleted, email us and we'll do it.
What We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account on Forma (forma.weavable.in), we collect your email address and a securely hashed password. If you sign in via Google, we receive your name and email from Google — we never see your Google password.
Usage Analytics
We use PostHog (an open-source analytics platform) to understand how people use Forma. This includes page views, feature usage, and anonymous session data. We do not track you across other websites.
Content You Create
Architecture diagrams, system descriptions, and project data you create in Forma are stored to provide the service. Your content belongs to you.
How We Use Your Data
- To authenticate you and provide access to your projects
- To improve the product based on aggregate usage patterns
- To send you critical service emails (e.g. password resets)
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or selling to third parties.

Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication (keeping you signed in). PostHog may set analytics cookies. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Data Retention
Your account and project data are retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your data within 30 days.
Your Rights
You can:
- Access your data — email us and we'll send you a copy
- Delete your data — email us and we'll remove everything
- Export your projects — available in the app
Security
Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We follow security best practices, but no system is 100% secure.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Significant changes will be communicated via the email associated with your account.
